This thing is a tank

We've had it for a few days now. Several test rides latter, I am pleased to say that they have exceeded my expectations. These are built like tanks, fit, finish, quality of welds are excellent. I do have a couple of wide a$$ seats on order, not that there is anything wrong with originals, just a why not be comfortable old folks thing. Did research for a couple of months prior to buying, no regrets, would recommend to family and friends. Just the extra spare battery also gave me a good price.

Great bike

I am by no means a professional biker or anything, just got this for personal enjoyment. But I love it so much, it is very powerful, I added a seat onto the cargo part and me and my boyfriend are able to ride it together no problem (combined 370 lbs). Battery life is amazing, I would never be able to use it all in one ride. Came mostly assembled and was easy to finish assembly. If you’re looking for an electric bike I would definitely recommend.

Awesome bike for the price!

This was my first E-bike and couldn't be more pleased! My first ride was 16 miles and battery never dropped one bar.
Plenty of power and only used #2 pedal assist level and got a good workout. Has taillight, brake lite and turn signals. Alot heavier than my regular bike but I guess that comes with the territory. So far great bike for the price. Customer service has been good and answered all my questions.

Good Bike (Room for some small improvement)

I received the king bull voyager about 2 weeks ago, and it was easy to assemble. Took about a hour to unbox and assemble taking my time. The bike rides comfortably and is very fast. I would have given it 5 stars except for a few problems that I ran into after riding the bike.

1st- I tightened and torqued all the bolts down and ensured they were tight. However, on 3 occasions I have had hardware just fall off the bike while riding to include the front fender and light. And today May 7th, the rear axle nut just fell off. Nothing in the manual specifies to the size of the nut for replacement, and it did not come with spare parts. With how many things that have just fallen off the bike in the 35 miles I have put on it does make me worry about its long term durability. However, I do realize that the quality reflects the price. So I have found replacement hardware and used lock tight to resecure various parts to keep them from falling off.

Second complaint is that I ordered some accessories to include a phone mount holder and rear padded seat. The phone holder is great. The rear seat however, arrived with holes that were wrongly drilled and covered with putty or caulk. The 4 holes that were drilled to mount the seat were not drilled in the right places and I was only able to thread 2 of them rather than all 4. Seems secure but not perfect.

Third, images on the site show a rear backrest on the bike. I messaged customer service and they reported that they do not sell this product, but similar items can be purchased on Amazon. This was annoying as this was something that caught my eye for rear rider safety.

4th- the handle bars even tightened down as far as I can possibly tighten them with an Allen wrench will shift alignment after encountering small bumps.

Lastly, a small tube/vial of touch up paint should be included in the purchase, or at least be available to be purchased off your website.

Excellent for the price

I really like this ebike. It's good looking and seems to be high quality. I am at the weight limit and it still moves me faster than I'm comfortable going on flat ground. I probably wouldn't take it up a hill without pedal assist though; don't want to burn out the motor. My only complaint is that the display screen on the bike computer is very hard to see in sunlight. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase
