Shipping

Currently, we only provide FREE shipping to the lower 48 states in the US. And we DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO.

The shipping fee are free.

For in-stock orders, we'll provide tracking number within 2 business days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped. The carrier is UPS/FedEx. It may take 3-10 days for your shipment to be scanned by UPS/FedEx. For any third-party shipping, we cannot provide any additional shipping information or documentation. Any delivery dates provided by Kingbull are estimates.

For pre-orders/backorders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page.

All of our products are tax-inclusive for all 48 states, you will not be charged with extra tax when purchasing at our online store in the United States.

The shipping and processing times depend on the items you're ordering. The status of each product (in stock, back order or made-to-order) is indicated on each individual product page, as well as the estimated shipping date.

In Stock
Shipping timelines are usually within 2 business days from the date ordered.

Back order
We don’t have it on hand yet but it’s coming soon! Not to worry, you can still purchase it and your order will be added in queue to be fulfilled and shipped as soon as they are available! The estimated ship date is within 30 days.

Order

We will send you an order confirmation email when you place your order successfully. All the info will be in the email. So please be sure the email address you left is correct.

We will send you a shipping email with the tracking no when we ship your order out. If you cannot track it, please reach out to us at customers@kingbullbike.com with your order number and the details, our customer service team will help you.

Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel your order upon request. Usually the order can be canceled before shipping except for the made to order items. If your order is shipped and cannot be modified, you may reject the package and 10% of the ebike cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Before shipping

Order Cancellation: No charge fee.

Change of Address: No charge fee.

Replacements and exchanges: Refund or reimbursement based on the actual amount

After shipping

Order Cancellation: If your order is shipped and cannot be modified, you may reject the package and 10% of the ebike cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

The customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of $150. Kingbull will provide a return shipping label, and the designated carrier will collect the return package.

Or the customer may also choose self-return or arrange the return shipment by himself. More information is provided on Refund Policy - Model Replacement & Return Part.

Please Note: We do not accept returns for accessories that are not quality problems.

Change of Address: If you successfully change your address, $20 will be charged as a processing fee. If you fail to change your address, you may refuse the package and 10% of the ebike cost will be charged as a reshipping fee. And the costomer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of $150.

RETURN

We strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day return and refund policy. Products can only be sent back after being informed and approved by email. No refund will be made if products are returned without approval. We will provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and a shipping label. Please ensure that the e-bike is in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals included. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5 business days. For more info please click here.

The returning shipping fee depends on your local courier.

When we receive the return of the e-bike which is non-quality problem, we offer refunds for the full purchase price of the e-bike, excluding shipping and processing fee. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 working day for the purchase.

OTHER

According to our policy, only one coupon can be used in one order. But you can use a coupon with a gift card at the same time.
