It may take 3-7 days for your shipment to be scanned by UPS/FedEx. For any third-party shipping, we cannot provide any additional shipping information or documentation. Any delivery dates provided by Kingbull are estimates.

All of our products are tax-inclusive for all 48 states, you will not be charged with extra tax when purchasing at our online store in the United States.

We don’t have it on hand yet but it’s coming soon! Not to worry, you can still purchase it and your order will be added in queue to be fulfilled and shipped as soon as they are available! The estimated ship date is within 30 days.

The customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of $150. Kingbull will provide a return shipping label, and the designated carrier will collect the return package.

Please Note: We do not accept returns for accessories that are not quality problems.

Change of Address: If you successfully change your address, $20 will be charged as a processing fee. If you fail to change your address, you may refuse the package and 10% of the ebike cost will be charged as a reshipping fee. And the costomer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of $150.

Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel your order upon request. Usually the order can be canceled before shipping except for the made to order items. We strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day return and refund policy. Products can only be sent back after being informed and approved by email. No refund will be made if products are returned without approval. We will provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and a shipping label. Please ensure that the e-bike is in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
