1. PRODUCT PROTECTION PLAN

The Product Protection Plan provides extended protection for your e-bike beyond the standard manufacturer warranty, including accidental damage coverage, power surge protection, and extended warranty benefits.

Coverage begins on the original purchase date.

Coverage 

The Protection Plan may cover the following components in case of non-human damage or mechanical failure:

Motor Internal motor failure or inability to operate
Battery Performance failure (excluding normal capacity degradation)
Controller Electrical or circuit malfunction
Display Screen failure or abnormal display
Sensors & Wiring Sensor or wiring failure due to non-human damage
Charger Internal malfunction preventing charging
Frame Structural cracks or weld fractures
Brake System Hydraulic system failure (excluding normal wear parts)
Forks Manufacturing defects, suspension system failures.
Hub Manufacturing defects, bearing issues, and welding defects.
Tires Performance failure or structural damage not caused by normal wear


Exclusions

The following situations are not covered:

Consumables Bearings, brake pads, chains, free hub bodies, handlebar grips, rubber moving parts, shifter and brake cables & casings, spokes, sprockets, stripped threads/bolts, tools, transmission gears, and other parts subject to normal wear and tear
Normal Battery Aging Battery capacity naturally decreases with use
Appearance Damage Scratches, paint peeling, plastic aging, cosmetic damage
Human Damage Damage caused by collision, dropping, water immersion, improper use, or transportation
Unauthorized Modifications Self-disassembly, unauthorized repairs, or modifications
Force Majeure Losses caused by natural disasters, fires, wars, or other uncontrollable events


How to Enroll

  1. Select the Product Protection Plan during checkout on the Kingbull website.
  2. A confirmation email will be sent with plan details and claim instructions.
  3. Coverage begins from the product purchase date.

Claim Process

If your product experiences a covered issue:

  1. Open the claim link included in your confirmation email.
  2. Contact the Xcotton Resolution Center (support@xcottons.com) and submit required documentation.
  3. Follow the claim instructions provided by the claims team.

Returns, Cancellations & Refunds (Protection Plan Only)

Returning or exchanging a product may result in the Protection Plan being adjusted, transferred, or canceled.

Refund Policy

Timeframe Refund Eligibility
Within 60 days Full refund if no claims filed; partial refund if claims were made
After 60 days Refund based on remaining coverage period minus claims and administrative fees (up to $50)

2. SHIPPING PROTECTION 

Shipping Protection provides coverage for loss or damage that may occur during transportation.

This optional service can be selected during checkout.

Coverage

Event Description
Lost Package Tracking stops updating or marked delivered but not received.
Shipping Damage Products damaged during transit.
Delivery Delay Order arrives later than expected; one-time $5 USD (or local equivalent) compensation.
Wrong Delivery Address Extra costs if carrier delivers to an incorrect address.

Note: Applies only to orders with Shipping Protection purchased.

How to Purchase

  1. Select Shipping Protection during checkout.
  2. The protection fee will be added to your order total.
  3. Each order must purchase protection separately.

Claims Process

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping:

  1. Contact Xcotton support (support@xcottons.com) using the service details provided in your confirmation email.
  2. Provide required documentation such as shipping records or photos of the damage.
  3. Follow the claims process guided by the support team.
