  • The terms DO NOT exclude or limit our liability for: (1) Death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence. (2) Fraud. (3) Fraudulent misrepresentation. (4) Any matter that would be illegal for us to exclude or attempt to exclude our liability.

  • You may have other rights granted by law, and these terms do not affect those rights.

We recommend contacting your insurance provider to ascertain if your current insurance policy covers accidents or incidents involving our products.


Respect and courtesy are fundamental to maintaining a harmonious relationship.   • Inappropriate or disrespectful language towards any member of our team will not be tolerated. We hold this same expectation in our communications with you.

  • We understand that challenges can arise, impacting your daily functions or payment process. While we empathize with frustrations, we firmly state that the use of vulgar language towards our staff is not acceptable.

  • A warning will be provided in the event of inappropriate language. Beyond this, we reserve the right to:

    • Refuse service.
    • Terminate your account.
    • Issue refunds.
    • Void warranties.
    • Cancel orders. These actions will be taken at our sole discretion. Once a decision is made, it is final and cannot be withdrawn.
