I bought a dual-battery of the bicycle, as well as a front basket and a rear basket. The front and rear baskets are shipped separately from the ebike. The quality of the basket is much better than I expected. It looks like it is welded. The bike is solid, has a very nice build quality, and is better quality and cheaper than some of our local bike shops. If they sell such an electric bicycle in our local area, it will cost at least $2,500 or more. So far, so good.

This ebike is perfectly made, great design and suspension. It's a little heavy, but I think it's ok.
I like the dual battery option, I want to be able to ride consistently so I can go far away without worrying about power.
I've been using both batteries at the same time which reduces how often I have to charge them, right now I ride every day but I only need to charge both batteries almost once every two weeks.
I definitely recommend it.

I've been looking for an e-bike that can carry people, has plenty of power, and has dual suspension. This e-bike has all of that and more! Don't compare it to a regular bike, because it's not. It takes cycling to a whole new level.
The KINGBULL Voyager was well packaged and arrived without any damage. It took me over an hour to unpack and assemble. It came with all the tools and instructions. The battery was about 70% charged so I was able to test the Libra immediately. I checked over all the cables and connections and made sure all the nuts and bolts were tight.
Even though the Voyager is slightly heavier than other e-bikes, I had no problem starting to pedal without PAS. Once I enabled PAS, the fun began. It was cool to ride in 95 degree Fahrenheit weather and maintain an average speed of around 15 mph without much effort. In PAS 3 mode, I can easily reach speeds of 20-22mph.
My daughter has found her new favorite. I got the backrest and pedals and added rear seat handles. She feels safe and says it's a comfortable ride.
I asked kingbull some questions and got a response within 24 hours. I would say that I can easily rate this ebike a 5 out of 5. It has very good build quality and the battery can be charged for a long time. The tail light is easy to see and gets brighter when braking.

I love my voyager! I use it to deliver DoorDash loads and zip around downtown Denver with no problems at all. The two batteries really make a difference for me because I can stay out longer, make more deliveries, make more money, and then recharge the batteries. Charging time for both batteries is a little over 6 hours, which is pretty quick. I weigh slightly over 230 lbs and the bike holds my weight well and is very sturdy. I've put about 300 miles on this bike since May of this year and it has been running great with no problems. Very responsive with a top speed of about 25-30 mph. The bike is perfect for my job and my ratings have improved due to the quickness of getting to delivery destinations. I get a lot of compliments due to the frame and overall construction. The customer service team was great as well. They were helpful and courteous. I highly recommend this excellent e-bike.
