How long does it take to receive the bikes after purchase?

We will process the shipment within 2 business days. The delivery time depends on your delivery address. We ship from California, and you can usually receive the bike within 2-5 business days.

Do I need a license to ride an e-bike?

Our e-bikes meet US legal standards. If your state does not allow Class 3 e-bikes, you can adjust your e-bike speed to a Class 2 e-bike.

Do I need to assemble the ebike myself?

All e-bikes come 85% pre-assembled, but you still need to do some simple assembly work.

I love the look of my bike. I feel the performance of the battery could be a lot better!! I was only able to get 20 miles out of it. Also I wish it was a little bit lighter due to having to bring it in and out my house. Other than that I absolutely love it!!
