Powerful and comfortable

Assembly of bike was a breeze did it by myself.. Super fun and fast bike while riding in comfort max speed around 26-28 was able to hit 35 going down steeper hills.. pretty amazed on how great it actually is especially for the price.

The company uses FedEx for shipping, which isn't bad, except that FedEx has a lot of delays. In the case of this car, I'm glad to be patient. The headlights and taillights make the car even better at night. As a stylish and reliable commuter car, it can do any job, even off-road. I rode 60 miles in 3 days and it is a perfect e-bike with a long battery life.

Adds dimension to on and off road cycling

I never thought I would buy an electric bike, but never say never. You see, I used to be an avid cyclist, both on and off-road (Kestrel, Trek, etc.), but as life, family, and career progressed, cycling gradually receded to the back burner. That is, until our niece and her daughter brought in their e-bikes. I was reluctant to test drive them because I just didn't like the idea of an e-bike, but at the same time, I didn't want to ruin her excitement. Something inside of me was ignited the first time I rode one and the memories of the fun of riding were rekindled. I went with my gut and purchased 2 kingbull ebikes without consulting or working with the Commander (my wife). Wouldn't you know it, “bang”, she loves electric bikes. These bikes are easy to put together and take about 30 minutes to assemble. Fine tuning was done after the initial ride. My bike worked fine with the owner, however, her bike did malfunction. When the bike was turned on, an error message popped up, “Brake Sensor Error”. Contacted customer service via email to resolve the issue. It was determined that the sensor needed to be replaced. Customer Service offered to provide replacement parts. The part arrived in a timely manner and did solve the problem. Thank you kingbull for your friendly, technically accurate and efficient customer service. Given that I recall that the bikes come with a 2 year warranty, I am confident that if any issues arise, PP will again effectively provide a remedy. These are great bikes with pedal assist, comfortable seats, hydraulic brakes, lights, etc. and can travel up to 50 miles. Even though this e-bike is heavy relative to my carbon fiber bike, I would never spend $5,000-$9,000 on a high end model. rover meets the parameters of power, acceleration, comfort, and braking ability; safe and fun to ride around the neighborhood to the park, hiking, errands, etc. Highly recommended!

The bike arrived as scheduled. Minimal assembly required, easy to follow instructions. The bike is nice and sturdy and easy to ride and shift.
