We love our bikes. They are very well designed and look great! The assembly was pretty easy and customer service response is excellent. My only suggestion would be to include the Dual battery wiring instructions with the assembly instructions... Overall, these are nice bikes with extended range.

Great bike!

I bought a dual-battery of the bicycle, as well as a front basket and a rear basket. The front and rear baskets are shipped separately from the ebike. The quality of the basket is much better than I expected. It looks like it is welded. The bike is solid, has a very nice build quality, and is better quality and cheaper than some of our local bike shops. If they sell such an electric bicycle in our local area, it will cost at least $2,500 or more. So far, so good.

This ebike is perfectly made, great design and suspension. It's a little heavy, but I think it's ok.
I like the dual battery option, I want to be able to ride consistently so I can go far away without worrying about power.
I've been using both batteries at the same time which reduces how often I have to charge them, right now I ride every day but I only need to charge both batteries almost once every two weeks.
I definitely recommend it.
