Can I cancel for free after placing an order?
You can cancel for free before the shipping label is created. After the shipping label is created, we can assist you in intercepting the order; however, there is no guarantee that the interception will be successful.
How long does it take to receive the bikes after purchase?
We will process the shipment within 2 business days. The delivery time depends on your delivery address. We ship from California, and you can usually receive the bike within 2-5 business days.
Do I need a license to ride an e-bike?
Our e-bikes meet US legal standards. If your state does not allow Class 3 e-bikes, you can adjust your e-bike speed to a Class 2 e-bike.
Do I need to assemble the ebike myself?
All e-bikes come 85% pre-assembled, but you still need to do some simple assembly work.
Do I need to pay taxes?
Our prices already include taxes, so you don't need to pay any additional taxes.

My Literider 2.0 ebike came assembled. The frame welds and paint are high quality. After inflating tires, it was ready to street test. I am a 73 old retired Architect. I have not riden a bike in 60 years. My surgeon suggested an ebike for a post surgery tool to get up and be active. With the pedal assist design, it helps me with hills. When my legs get fatigued, the bike helps me return home.

I initially rec’d my literider 2.0, and it only had the shipping axle. Kingbull then sent me the axle that I needed.
Ever since then, everything has been perfect.
I’m in love with this bike. It rides sooooo nice.

We Love Our Literider 2.0

Wonderful all-around experience. Great price, quick shipping,easy assembly with helpful videos, added bells and whistles and a FUN ride. My wife and I (recently retired) are shopping for a warm weather retirement location. After having the bikes for less than a month, a MAJOR factor in our decision for location is how bike friendly is the surrounding area. We love our Lectric bikes and travel with them folded in storage tubs in the back of our SUV.

I’m so glad I bought it! I live in SoCal and the hills can sometimes be a bit steep or me. I try not to use the motor, but it sure is handy when I do need it! I unpacked it easily, filled the tires and started riding. I use it for exercise, running to the grocery store, to the pickleball and tennis courts, and other activities in or near my community.

Easy to assemble. Had to adjust brakes from rubbing the rotor and the stock seat was not comfortable for me at all. I ordered the updated controller, better seat and suspension seat post from Kingbull and now I have perfection!!
