Can I cancel for free after placing an order?
You can cancel for free before the shipping label is created. After the shipping label is created, we can assist you in intercepting the order; however, there is no guarantee that the interception will be successful.
How long does it take to receive the bikes after purchase?
We will process the shipment within 2 business days. The delivery time depends on your delivery address. We ship from California, and you can usually receive the bike within 2-5 business days.
Do I need a license to ride an e-bike?
Our e-bikes meet US legal standards. If your state does not allow Class 3 e-bikes, you can adjust your e-bike speed to a Class 2 e-bike.
Do I need to assemble the ebike myself?
All e-bikes come 85% pre-assembled, but you still need to do some simple assembly work.
Do I need to pay taxes?
Our prices already include taxes, so you don't need to pay any additional taxes.
How to Unlock Your Ebike’s Top Speed?
You can change your e-bike's maximum speed in the screen menu P08.

Love This Bike!

Really great bike and the best part is, it comes fully assembled! I just love this bike. On windy days when other bike riders don’t want to ride, I can because of the pedal assist. If you have hills etc, pedal assist is great. I’m 70 and this is a perfect bike for me. I’m sure even better for younger people, but for people my age it’s a great ride! Especially on windy days or hilly terrain.

I Love This Bike !!

It is fun to ride again! This bike has enough power to help not tax my knee and not too much that I hurt myself. Great brakes too for those times I am going down hill really fast!! It is easy to shift gears and change power speeds. Very nice wide tires make for a smoother ride. The Comfort package seat makes it easier on your tail end also.

Jumper Go Is An Absolute Blast.

Best purchase I've made in years! I'm a 42 year old guy and I can't get enough of my Jumper Go. Already crushed 200 miles on this in less than 3 weeks! This past weekend I tackled 25 miles on some challenging trails - this thing handles everything like a champ. If you're on the fence about the Jumper Go, just do it - you won't regret it. Happy riding and highly recommend this ebike!

I have about 180 miles on my Jumper Go and it's been solid! Did some upgrades like a better seat and raised the handlebars 5" for comfort - totally worth it. For longer rides, definitely grab a second battery and cargo bag so you never run out of juice. The compact design makes it super convenient for daily use, and customer support has been excellent.
