Can I cancel for free after placing an order?
You can cancel for free before the shipping label is created. After the shipping label is created, we can assist you in intercepting the order; however, there is no guarantee that the interception will be successful.
How long does it take to receive the bikes after purchase?
We will process the shipment within 2 business days. The delivery time depends on your delivery address. We ship from California, and you can usually receive the bike within 2-5 business days.
Do I need a license to ride an e-bike?
Our e-bikes meet US legal standards. If your state does not allow Class 3 e-bikes, you can adjust your e-bike speed to a Class 2 e-bike.
Do I need to assemble the ebike myself?
All e-bikes come 85% pre-assembled, but you still need to do some simple assembly work.
Do I need to pay taxes?
Our prices already include taxes, so you don't need to pay any additional taxes.
How to Unlock Your Ebike’s Top Speed?
You can change your e-bike's maximum speed in the screen menu P08.

So Far I Love My Bike.

I'm really excited about exploring local trails with my new ebike! Initially, I had some concerns about comfort due to my recent knee replacement - the pedal positioning felt awkward at first. However, after adjusting the seat height, I've seen about 85% improvement in comfort and mobility. Do It All E-Bike At A Great Price.

This Voyager 2.0 is honestly the best purchase I've made in a while! The cargo capacity and build quality have exceeded all my expectations. My only regret, I knew about the dual battery option when I was ordering but decided to go with the single battery to save some money. Now that I've been riding it and seeing how much I use it, I really wish I had splurged for the dual battery setup.

Love These Bikes !!!

My husband and I both got one. We're having such a blast riding them! I used to think e-bikes were just for lazy riders, but boy was I wrong! You can put in as much effort as you want or just cruise - it's totally up to you. The upgraded seats are super comfortable for longer rides, and the baskets are so handy for quick trips. Pannier bags are very helpful to carry more "stuff".

Overall experience with the Voyager 2.0 has been outstanding. Great communication from beginning to delivery. Had a small problem with packaging but it was handled quickly. What I love most about the Voyager 2.0 is how convenient it is for daily errands and hauling cargo. Whether it's groceries, work supplies, or weekend gear, the cargo capacity makes everyday transportation so much easier. The sturdy build handles loads effortlessly, and I find myself using it for trips I'd normally take the car for. Really impressed with both the bike's utility and the excellent customer service!
