After-sales service

The bike was exactly what I expected when I received it. I've already put close to 100 miles on it since getting it. Im very happy with my experience. They said they where going to ship a kingbull bookbag with the bike never received that. All and all it's a very nice bike

So far this bike is awesome and it was very easy to put together. Bike had a few scratches on it from shipping but didnt call the company cause i didnt think they could even do anything about it so. Overall i love this e bike!
