Can I cancel for free after placing an order?
You can cancel for free before the shipping label is created. After the shipping label is created, we can assist you in intercepting the order; however, there is no guarantee that the interception will be successful.
How long does it take to receive the bikes after purchase?
We will process the shipment within 2 business days. The delivery time depends on your delivery address. We ship from California, and you can usually receive the bike within 2-5 business days.
Do I need a license to ride an e-bike?
Our e-bikes meet US legal standards. If your state does not allow Class 3 e-bikes, you can adjust your e-bike speed to a Class 2 e-bike.
Do I need to assemble the ebike myself?
All e-bikes come 85% pre-assembled, but you still need to do some simple assembly work.
Do I need to pay taxes?
Our prices already include taxes, so you don't need to pay any additional taxes.
How to Unlock Your Ebike’s Top Speed?

We live in North Dakota. We absolutely love these bikes!!! Easy to ride and not so heavy! We have put on 300 miles so far and not done yet!!! We are 76 and 75 years old and these bikes are so much fun! Last fall went on a ride on North Shore drive along Lake Superior! Lots of trails and beautiful ride! Thank you for making such a great bike!

Good . I took it in the deep woods of northern Maine and I would have to say my legs got a workout ! I did use a bike trailer to move supplies back and forth from the campsite so I put extra strain on the battery which took me about 45 miles before expiring.
