Can I cancel for free after placing an order?
You can cancel for free before the shipping label is created. After the shipping label is created, we can assist you in intercepting the order; however, there is no guarantee that the interception will be successful.
How long does it take to receive the bikes after purchase?
We will process the shipment within 2 business days. The delivery time depends on your delivery address. We ship from California, and you can usually receive the bike within 2-5 business days.
Do I need a license to ride an e-bike?
Our e-bikes meet US legal standards. If your state does not allow Class 3 e-bikes, you can adjust your e-bike speed to a Class 2 e-bike.
Do I need to assemble the ebike myself?
All e-bikes come 85% pre-assembled, but you still need to do some simple assembly work.
Do I need to pay taxes?
Our prices already include taxes, so you don't need to pay any additional taxes.

Still new to us.

My wife and I just got these bikes but we knew after our first ride that we were going to enjoy them. I researched several brands and the Kingbull seems to be the best bargin for the price and all the other freatures. This is our first purchase of an ebike so I don't know how other models perform but as for the Kingbull we are very happy.

So far I like the bike. You definitely need to put out better instructions on setting up the bike. I received the bike and the kickstand was broke laying in the box. Waiting on the replacement along with some touchup paint.

Beautiful sturdy bike that has great speed. The only thing is the instructions are terrible and there is no quick guide that takes you thru each step of riding it for the first time. It can get you hurt if not understood. All the videos I looked at was reviews. There needs to be a video on how to ride for the first time step by step.

Highlly recommend! These bikes are a blast!

I bought two Discover bikes, and they’ve been an absolute blast to ride! These bikes offer incredible value for the money—fun, fast, and surprisingly high quality at this price point. Customer service has also been excellent, which made the whole experience even better.

If you’re new to eBikes, the Discover is a fantastic choice. You really can’t go wrong. That said, if you’ve got a bit more to spend, consider looking for a model with a torque sensor, upgraded suspension forks, and better brakes for an even smoother ride. But overall, I’m very happy with these bikes and highly recommend!
