Can I cancel for free after placing an order?
You can cancel for free before the shipping label is created. After the shipping label is created, we can assist you in intercepting the order; however, there is no guarantee that the interception will be successful.
How long does it take to receive the bikes after purchase?
We will process the shipment within 2 business days. The delivery time depends on your delivery address. We ship from California, and you can usually receive the bike within 2-5 business days.
Do I need a license to ride an e-bike?
Our e-bikes meet US legal standards. If your state does not allow Class 3 e-bikes, you can adjust your e-bike speed to a Class 2 e-bike.
Do I need to assemble the ebike myself?
All e-bikes come 85% pre-assembled, but you still need to do some simple assembly work.
Do I need to pay taxes?
Our prices already include taxes, so you don't need to pay any additional taxes.
How to Unlock Your Ebike’s Top Speed?
You can change your e-bike's maximum speed in the screen menu P08.

Toughest LONG RANGE bike!

The bike feels like a tank, Looking around the bike trail The verve is definitely one of the toughest long range ebikes on the trail. So stoked to have a bafang motor and samsung battery on this upgraded bike!

I bought two, one for my wife and one for me. Fat tires, more compact frame. Great quality for the price, good handlebar configuration, solidly welded frame, adjustable front shock. I really appreciate the front and rear disc hydraulic brakes. Delivery was fast and well packaged.0Ah battery was key to my choice, no need for multiple recharges while traveling.

Low step through frames for both bikes. I'm 5'10" and 175. Wife is 5'3" and 125. The bikes fit us very well
