Can I cancel for free after placing an order?

You can cancel for free before the shipping label is created. After the shipping label is created, we can assist you in intercepting the order; however, there is no guarantee that the interception will be successful.

How long does it take to receive the bikes after purchase?

We will process the shipment within 2 business days. The delivery time depends on your delivery address. We ship from California, and you can usually receive the bike within 2-5 business days.

Do I need a license to ride an e-bike?

Our e-bikes meet US legal standards. If your state does not allow Class 3 e-bikes, you can adjust your e-bike speed to a Class 2 e-bike.

Do I need to assemble the ebike myself?

All e-bikes come 85% pre-assembled, but you still need to do some simple assembly work.

Do I need to pay taxes?

Our prices already include taxes, so you don't need to pay any additional taxes.

Amazing Bike

It is everything I expected. Great speed and power with the ability to handle a taller rider. My husband is 6’4” 220 and has had a hard time finding an E bike to fit him that is affordable. Light weight and easy to handle. This bike checked all the boxes! I would definitely recommend it and will be buying one for myself.

My husband and I were on the hunt for more affordable e-bikes and discovered kingbull and we each ordered one. We only have around 40 miles on them but they are great so far and we love them! Wrong color

I received my E bike on 19 May. It was the wrong color. I ordered beige, not black. I’ve tried to reach out by email, which is the only source of contact I have and still have not heard back from them. Today’s date is May 27, 2025. Still waiting hopefully they’ll get back to me over the next few days. Would like to get this resolved.😢
