Can I cancel for free after placing an order?
You can cancel for free before the shipping label is created. After the shipping label is created, we can assist you in intercepting the order; however, there is no guarantee that the interception will be successful.
How long does it take to receive the bikes after purchase?
We will process the shipment within 2 business days. The delivery time depends on your delivery address. We ship from California, and you can usually receive the bike within 2-5 business days.
Do I need a license to ride an e-bike?
Our e-bikes meet US legal standards. If your state does not allow Class 3 e-bikes, you can adjust your e-bike speed to a Class 2 e-bike.
Do I need to assemble the ebike myself?
All e-bikes come 85% pre-assembled, but you still need to do some simple assembly work.
Do I need to pay taxes?
Our prices already include taxes, so you don't need to pay any additional taxes.
How to Unlock Your Ebike’s Top Speed?
You can change your e-bike's maximum speed in the screen menu P08.
Is the Rover2.0 an electric mountain bike?
Yes. This electric mountain bike is built for serious trail and off-road riding, featuring a full suspension system, fat tires, and powerful brakes to absorb rough terrain and maintain control on challenging trails. Not designed for extreme downhill racing or professional competition.
